Unlike many other manufacturers of aquarium system componets, we believe that the parts of your tank system(s) should not cost you an arm and a leg to buy. Many items can be made as a do it yourself project if you have the time, tools and area to work in. We also know that there are many people out there that either don't have the fabracation skills or the time to make the needed parts for these projects. To this end we offer complete kits to make many items yourself and save money at the same time that you improve the living enviroment for your fish. Most of our kits can be made with only a couple of hours labor and a small working area. In many cases a kitchen table or counter will be plenty of space to complete the project. Our sump kits can be made to fit any tank or barracks system and include all parts and templets required. Just tell us the size tank you plan to use and we'll supply everything else. We even include aquarium safe silicon so you can rest asssured that your completed project will be safe for your fish.

Before we start, there are some things to consider about just which system will be right for you. For those of you with only a couple of fish and no desire to spawn them, simple bowls will be fine. Once you get above a number of bowls that you can easily care for it's time to consider a barracks system of some sort. These systems have several avantages to them. First of all they will simplify the work of keeping your fish healthy. This will allow you to have more time to enjoy your fish instead of caring for them. Barracks units will usually also have more room than your average betta bowl. This will go a long way towards making your fish very happy. When raising Betta fry a growout barracks is a must have item for the males. By keeping them seperated from others of their gender you will decrease the chances of damaged fins from fighting.

We will also be offering retail sales displays for shops of all sizes. Our display systems will pay for themselves in a short time by keeping your stock healthy and happy. Losses of stock with bettas in stores can be high and by providing your stock with the best possible conditions they will not die on the shelf, thus allowing you to order fewer fish to replace losses. All our retail displays are self contained and will only take up the space of a single tank.
